Are you overwhelmed and tired of being where you are at? Do you want change? Want to find new approaches to cooping with emotional and or physical pain? I have worked in this field for 30+ years and I worked with a variety of clients/patients. Here are a few areas that I have worked on with my clients/patients: Trauma work (PTSD), Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Grief, Substance. I have worked many years with foster and adoptive families. As well as have been a foster/adoptive mom myself. I have also worked with many who have chronic illnesses and need help with cooping with pain and emotional adjustments. I work with a variety of approaches with empowering my clients to gain a sense of control in their life back (mind, body and soul). I accept some insurances and I offer telehealth.
